The airline industry’s general financial situation makes the collection process much harder and longer than usual. We have therefore decided to focus more on collecting compensations, and instead cut back on phone support.

We remain fully committed to pursuing compensation for delayed and cancelled flights on behalf of our clients. For our many clients, which have not received a refund for their unused tickets, this task is more relevant than ever.
